Domestic Orders:

Orders destined for the 50 US States can be placed through our shopping cart. We ship USPS Priority shipping and have had fantastic results. 

International / non-US Shipping:

Our shopping cart calculates shipping for International / non US orders. We have had great success shipping around the world using the United States Postal Service (USPS.gov), FedEx and DHL. Be aware that some countries may impose a duty fee on buyers importing the B-3 into your country. This fee is unknown by us and is the buyer's responsibility to pay at delivery, based on local regulations in your country.

Customs required information for international shipments:
-Full name
-Business (if applicable)
-Street address
-Postcode, City, State/Province
-Telephone number... this is for contacting you in case there is a delivery or customs problem.


Shipments will usually be sent the next business day after receiving payment.  There have been times when we've been slower getting machines out to the shipper because of order volume.  We are working to minimize this. Most international orders take 3-14 business days in transit depending on your location. You will be given a package tracking code.

Your package will be shipped from the USA.

Bath Bomb Business (Radial Enterprises, LLC) is not responsible for any taxes, duties, customs or brokerage fees that may be assessed upon you at time of delivery.

Return Policy (Foreign & Domestic)

Bath Bomb Business (Radial Enterprises, LLC) offers a refund policy for 14 days upon receiving your Bath Bomb Business Package. You are required to contact us of your intent to return your Package via e-mail at info @ bathbombbusiness.com. You will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) number, and are required to ship the item back to us at your expense via USPS or your country's postal service. We suggest using a service that offers tracking and appropriate insurance coverage, as we only refund you when we receive your returned order safely and take no responsibility for returns lost in transit. There will be a 15% restocking fee for such returns. The equipment needs to be in new, unused, re-sellable condition.
